Default Who’s next

It seems like most of the regionals, aside for republic, have now come out with their new TAs with significant improvements in pay as well as other contractual improvements.

Sun Country was very early to the table with new rates.

Predictions on who will be next for new pay rates?

Alaska is reportedly very close.

Whether or not it moves the needle remains to be seen.

I wouldn't be surprised if Frontier tries or has tried to up the rates without addressing any other provisions in the CBA. There's a rumor going around Facebook that they offered $30/hr across the board. That'd be a great way to start some seniority based warfare if they got away with it. 11.5% for maxed out captains and close to 30% for year 2 folks.

I'm hoping nobody falls for mere hourly rate increases without addressing the remainder of the contract.

With the number of open grievances? Yeah they might have to try harder than a carrot....

What's the point of a contract when they do whatever they went?

Haven't everyone (not maxed) been complaining of the slope?

I'm sure this came with strings like a four year extension of something ridiculous.

The point is to hold management accountable for what they agreed to. That’s what the dispute process is for. The only way to give away anything is to not use that process as painfully slow as it is.
