This is your standard of professionalism as a former medical professional? A dick measuring contest?

What to do in a situation like this as a dead header on company metal or otherwise as a no rev on any company?
I know we all have had an experience while non rev or jumpseating and you get placed in that last middle seat on the plane and of course it’s next to some massive ogre spilling into your seat. I recently endured a 5hr red eye with a giant Samoan that had the armrest swallowed by his body. I pretty much had no recourse since I was getting a free ride but it was infuriating. As a paying customer I would have complained but even then it probably would end in the airline offering to reaccommodate me and not the ogre on another flight.

I like how you added your dangerous job and then accuse me of measuring. No measuring needed I’ve had enough compliments. Comparing cockpits to ER’s and mobile ICU squads is comparing apples to oranges.

I’m not defending any network, but you do understand they are legally and by definition innocent ATM, I’m sure.
Of course, once the trial is complete, perfect truth, equity, and justice will have been determined, because the best way to settle torts or criminal proceedings is to gather 12 random morons, call them “your peers”, and have them rule on extremely complicated legal matters after explaining the nuances to them like they were 5 years old.
(Imagine referencing a legal case as evidence of anything like objective truth in the clown world that is the US legal system).

I give in less than a week before the narrative moves to "well, they only admitted it because the woke media and court system was rigged anyways and so it would be cheaper to do it this way than to go to court."

With this admission of wrongdoing, the parties can move directly to damage awards, saving everyone's time. That's how this works, right? "They admitted it, now they gotta pay!"
Oh, wait.
You're conflating "we did a bad" corporate double-speak press release (meaningless) with "strict legal liability requiring a civil tort action that will be determined through the courts and possibly a jury trial with jury selection, rules of evidence, legal briefings, motions, objections, exceptions, appeals, weeks or months of court appearances, and possibly a retrial for a half dozen reasons."
Never wrote juries are "rigged". I implied they're less than ideal...for anything beyond extremely basic trials. Big difference.

My rigged comment was in reference to your pre-trial-loss-excuse ahead of the trial even starting. Sounds familiar, something about rigged elections comes to mind.

The seats are unbearable for regular folks, I can't image what it must be like for the heavy set. Especially on Delta, American. Some of the planes have the stupid function where the seat bottom moves forward if you recline, basically giving you no leg room anymore if you want to stretch your legs under the seats in front of you. You already get zero room anyways with seat upright, why would you have that function?? Also most of the seat bottoms are way too lengthy, we need a small seat bottom so you have as much room for your legs to move. It's like they cater to people that are 5 feet and do not care about the taller folks, when it should be the other way around.
