Jet Blue Open House

You basically will have the opportunity to talk with some of the pilot recruiters, get a tour of the facilities, and hopefully get some one on one time with Verna Kay or someone else high up in the hiring process. Bring many copies of your resume, and just like an interview, be yourself, relax, and introduce yourself to as many people as you can.
I have heard that on the spot interviews probably will not be done at the open houses until the beginning of next year, when hiring really starts to ramp up again, but you never know.....if they really like you im sure they can interview you right there.
Good luck and I will see you there!

They don't have as many slots to fill for the rest of the year, so they probably won't do on the spot interviews (just my .02). However, the open house is where you make your first impression and hopefully get an interview invite.
Think of some flying stories to tell. This is the best way for them to get to know who you are and what you are like in the cockpit.
They are looking for personality, so be very friendly and smile a lot.
Good luck!
