You're in luck - Doug Voss just got out of a meeting with AerCap. He's gonna be leasing 3 ATRs with all of the auto-pilots and GPS ripped-out to start a 135 charter operation out of SPW. Will be hiring the creme-de-la-creme of experienced 65 year old wide-body pilots in their prime to be direct entry captains. Starting pay once you finish IOE will be $65k/year with a $20/hr override for LCA work. Will be hiring 250hr FOs at $30k/year. 401k DC - 10% (vested after 5 years). 19 days on, 11 off. Expect 1-day trips to start, doing SPW-SUX-OMA-LNK-MCI-LNK-OMA-SUX-SPW or SPW-FOD-DSM-OTM-UIN-STL-UIN-OTM-DSM-SPW. Once they get their 4th plane expect the next trip added to the network to be SPW-MCW-ALO-DBQ-JVL-MKE-JVL-DBQ-ALO-MCW-SPW. Hotel and per diem will be provided during training in Spencer. Preferential hiring has been negotiated at Godfather's Pizza for those who want to hustle a bit on their days off or while they're sitting reserve (1hr reserve callout still applies). They'll be posting a number to fax your resume to here soon, I'll be sure to post it here once I see it.

LEPF sent out “NOTAM #30” with an update on the lawsuit.
Timing may have been promoted by MF rant on the EPAS group as it included:
LEPF is willing to work with any mature and responsible pilot(s) that are capable of informing our supporters with accurate information and be respectful of others. We feel certain that you will agree that like Experience Matters, Wisdom Matters, as well.”

Zing! Shot fired across the EPAS bow.
Other than that, it was similar to the MF rant minus the dogging of LEPF. Not a loss due to merit. Just a loss due to technicality. Blah blah blah.

Surprising to nobody, it also asked for money…

I just read it. He doubled down on ALPA leaking it quietly using moles. Stone might be part of the ALPA deep state. This thing probably goes all the way to the top.

EPAS with another incredible take. All of the cancellations this week were actually caused by inexperience. Thats right, if the EPAS board member DC was still in the cockpit at United, they wouldn’t have to cancel any flights. His presence alone is a gift to the aviation gods and he could operate all of these flights without an issue.
