United Pilot Hiring
#21
. United has cancelled the last 5-6 flights I have tried to get on that had at least 20 seats open. If you think I am just making that up, it sounds like a personal problem to me.
Like, I worked at USA300 and like, dude, I never had a flight cancel out of ORD. But like, I am probably posting b.s. so, like, oh ma God, I am just so out of here.

Oh with the megahub that USA3000 has I see why you were never canceled. In fact don't you get fired for a canceled flight a USA3K? I flew with some F/O's that had worked there and it sounded interesting to say the least. Comparing USA3K ops at ORD to a real scheduled service carrier is absurd and proves you can not forumlate a comparison or argument. In fact I did not USA ever flew, I thought the planes just sat on the old cargo line in perpetuity.
And to answer your question, No I am not Glenn Tilton, No I am not a UAL manager. I am just a UAL pilot that is tired of the lies and half truths that are told about my carrier. I am the first to admit it is not what it was at one time but it is still a darn good group of people to work with. My thoughts are that due to the large amount of hiring that we did in the 90's also resulted in a many not getting hired and thus carrying the ultimate chip on their shoulder. With you and "c"aptjns I am absolutely sure this is the case.

When I commute, especially 5 of the last 6 flights, I would have an idea as to the day and time. You give me the info and the routing and I will find out if you are lying or not. Which based on your wishy washy manner I truly believe is the case. Again you have yet to say how you know how many seats are "open". A person with that knowledge would also be able to see the cancel reasons. So again a giant BS on your post.

I really don't give a frog's fat a$$ if you think I am lying or not. I look on www.united.com, look up the flight and look at the seats left to sell.
You asked where I worked, I told you.
Buddy, I was in high school in the 90's so your assessment of the chip on my shoulder is wrong because I didn't even have my private pilot license then.
Yup, I am going to make over $150K this year as a 75 FO.....I'm really pi$$ed I don't work at United. Get a life.
You should spend more time being suspicious of your management cronies over there at United than accusing fellow pilots of lying. Maybe you should come over to management here at UPS...you'd fit right in.
United is not doing you guys any favors by cancelling flights left and right but you obviously fail to see that I am on your side. Whatever.
