Just curious if any customer service type scenarios are discussed during the interview.

If so...Is "F--- 'em", now an acceptable response, or do they still want to hear the (pre Baldanza e-mail) song and dance?

Well, let's see - the company can lie about the permanency of a base (DTW) when they interview pilots, but they still NOI a pilot for any apparent honesty issues. Me thinks that the interviewee might want to "play the game" just as he would if he was interviewing with SWA, etc.
