Default A few questions about Spirit

Im hoping some of you Spirit guys can help me out here....

1. Where is their training, what is pay and benefits during training?
2. What does this whole mediation thing mean in terms of the time frame to get a contract signed, and the quality of the contract?
3. Are the schedules commutable from the NE?

Im hoping to get an interview soon, any info is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

1. Ground school in mirimar, fl (between FLL and MIA). Sim at airbus on N.E. corner of KMIA. $1000.00 a month plus $750.00 a month per diem. 6-8 weeks to complete.
2. 6-18 months. should be an average deal. just my opinion not flame bait.
3. yes. should be commutable on one end. If moving is an option life would be better.

Do they pay for hotels during training?
What about medical benefits, does that start day one and what is the average cost for a family plan?

Thanks!
