Default DAL interview

OK, I have the suit for the first day of the interview. If I am lucky enough to make it to the second day what should I wear? The email from Delta seemed a bit vague on day 2.

Thanks,
Chris

Same suit, different tie. (Still conservative, but change it up a bit)

White shirt red tie on day one. Blue (light or dark) shirt, any tie day two. You're never wrong in a suit and tie, but Dockers and a Polo may make you feel out of place. It's not a fashion show, the same suit two days in a row has worked for hundred's of pilots over the last year.

I would wear nothing but a suit on day two.

That answer will certainly vary from person to person. aviationinterviews.com will give you an idea or the questions you can expect. If you are concerned, professional interview preparation may be a sound investment.

The panel interviewers seem to be very seasoned to tailor your questions closely to your background. If you have a specific job that they're interested in, they'll hammer that part a lot. For example, if your last job was flying freight, and now you decide to fly pax, they may ask you what do you think your biggest challenge is gonna be? How we know you'll be able to help our customers when we do? Things like that.

They don't ask canned questions, so neither should you answer them back in canned answers.
