I was with most recent group (I think).

By the way.... The whole experience was professional and courteous. If the airline (and I am sure it does) treats it's employees the way it treats prospective employees, I am sure it is a great place to work.

I just had difficulty getting a feel for th 2/1 interview part....

I was rejected 1 day prior to two weeks (along with the other SX guy in my interview group).. of the 13 interviewed, 7 were hired.. The first one got a yes on day 3 and the last one of the 7 got his yes on day 9.. the rejects all went out on day 13 I believe.. there is no rhyme or reason, and I'm sad they didn't seem to find me a fit, as I thought I'd do well there, and so did the other guy I interviewed with from SX.. there is a rumor (theory) that they're not really interested in former SX pilots and I was personally told by our former CP that he thinks their lack of out reach to us (compared to many other airlines that were doing so when we failed) was to say the least odd.. Bad blood maybe, I don't know. Bottom line is I wasn't hired with about 5000TT and the other SX guy with 10000+ and APD on the CRJ/ 757, GIV, A320 and other experience wasn't hired.. they mainly took MESA, EAGLE and AIR WIS CRJ types..

Not CP anymore...he's a VP now.
