Its not as senior now for F/O's with the MCO base opening. I know guys in the bottom 5% of the list that are assigned there as A320 F/O's. A guy from my class held the base at 8 months of employment. Not sure on Captain seniority. Trips may begin at West Palm or Fort Lauderdale (mostly FLL). Not too sure about the legs and destinations. Have been told a steady amount of North-South flying.

Mostly South-North trips with a few west coast (LGB), some LAS and DEN and a few Islands. Not the most productive base. As for senority, it changes, Ive been here just under 2yrs(Feb 07) and held it after training, on the Oct bid 6 fo's got in and they waited almost a year. The March bid no one came in or left.
Since we are not hiring, and probably wont till maybe end of 09, those new hires will go to the 190 and as said before, no 190's in FLL.

I know future hiring is pure speculation, but what have been the historical mins and competitive requirements for hiring? Also, how senior is Boston? I'll be getting out of the military around the time you think you might be hiring again and I am interested.
