For me, no news is good news. I have had many Virgina Ave. "all inclusive" vacations recently. Here's a sample:
October 2007 - 765 FO Recurrent
January 2008 - Displaced from 765 FO to 73N CA - Full 737 school
January 2009 - 73N CA Recurrent
February 2009 - 73N CA In Command (CA charm school) - Scheduled
TBD - 7ER FO - I'm guessing it will be the full school since I have not seen a 757 since 2005.

@$@%@, gets me everytime. I don't like blue jean shirt tucked into blue jeans of the same color. Just hate it.
In case you feel, as I do, neutered, you can get your mojo and need to feel more like a man again, go here:
If Bar got you and you need a manly moment
or
Feel less dirty

Not that long.
You do a systems CD at home and then come in for four or five days of FTD's with a classroom session in the AM. This is follow by your systems validation, (SV). It is a computer based test. Then you have a week of CPT's follow my a PV or Procedures Validation. Week Three is a few sims devoted to air work followed by a Maneuvers Validation. Week Four is what most refer to as LOFT base training, The week ends with a type ride. This is a LOFT or sernario based real time flight from point A to B with a a MCO (deferral) and a single systems malfunction.
Basically four weeks of SIM and you are off to IOE.
