Same thing happened to our FAs. Majority of votes cast was for a union but not enough people voted to certify the election.
As far as JS go, I ride on JB almost exclusively. I hope nothing comes of this. My attitude is it's youse guy's business. (fake terrible NY accent for effect)

Didn't the majority of JB pilots voice no opinion by not voting? What was the vote breakdown of those who cast ballots?

About 1,937 of the airline’s 2,000 pilots were eligible to vote. Of the eligible pilots, 646 voted for union representation, most of those for the association, according to figures from JetBlue. The remaining 1,291 pilots did not vote, which was the equivalent of a no vote.
33% says events will have to change dramatically before there will be a union at JB.
Doesn't the NMB require at least 2 years before another union vote may be taken?

Just bring a copy of your yes vote and you won't hear one peep from me. Would never deny anyone the J/S but c'mon guys, it ain't rocket science. No Union = No negotiations.
