Bologna. I’m referring to Americans in particular. I’ve traveled to three dozen countries thus far and the take away for me is that when the citizens of a country have it too good for too long (as we’ve been fortunate enough to have here in America), they start to invent problems out of sheer boredom. Two types of people in this world: the type who listens and learns from other people's mistakes, and the type that has to get burned because they refuse to learn from others' mistakes. Our nation, and sadly our youth, generally tend to be the latter, and what's even sadder is when they seek to blame everyone and everything for their misfortunes when they really need to look in the mirror to find the main culprit. |
If this thread is supposed to be something blah blah blah Sully, and it evolves to this…. May I throw in that a Miata is not a sports car, it’s also a pseudo replacement for what people can’t afford yet and justify it with lots of blather…. When they feel the REAL thing, their view inevitably changes…..

I had an up close look at a new Corvette last night at the hotel. I really dig it. Still a pipe dream but cool car.
