Who's the old CEO? Good guy?

I don't know him, it was before my time. Last I heard though, he turned things around and had us profitable and growing when he was here. So we'll see.

the new guy is talking of paying for all health insuanrce premiums. an instant raise of 5000. I'm hearing 80 planes in 5 years...

SkiBum112 06-06-2009 11:56 AM

An instant raise of whaaaaa?! When did you hear that and was it reliable?

Herman - Suggesting criminal activity by these people when you clearly don't know them, or have direct knowledge of the situation is shameful.

The old CEO is Darrell Richardson. He left a few years back to pursue other interests (a startup that never started) and has been trying to work his way back into Pace for a while now.

I know Charlie, Jim and Russ. They have done nothing of the sort mentioned by Herman. They worked under/with Richardson during his previous tenure.

Richardson sent an email following the management change stating that employees were "dancing in the halls" following the changes. A "happy days are here again" memo. In my opinion, the email was unprofessional and vindictive in nature.

Bickering aside, does anyone know if this company was part of the deal:

Air Transport Group Holdings

Richardson is listed as President under management.

I can't seem to find anyone who knows just who bought Pace.

Maybe it's a 'shell game'? No idea who owns it.

I'm not sure if ATG is a backer or not. If you look at their SEC filings, Richardson left the group around January or so, and they listed a new president. Richardson showed up at Pace with a guy named Bill Rogers. Rogers was a pilot, then a DO at a commuter in AK (Southcentral, I think). Then some how made the jump into software and designed the coding system for Fedex packages. Other than that I have no idea what previous airline experience (management wise) he brings to the table.

Bickering back on the table, I'm not sure if they (previous management)were putting money aside for themselves or not, but the rumblings have been going through the company for a while. There was mention somewhere that we were profitable last year, but some how still showed a loss on the books. I think this all came up because someone got wind that the books were off, and the rumor mill went to full steam. We'll find out in a few weeks I'm sure.
