Unfortunately there will be very little "premium open time" anymore. If folks cant trade off the weekends anymore, how can there be a need for VJA/JA? This TA is a scheduler's dream...the company and the union are killing the tournament level players here and sending those few remaining trips to only the very senior. Please do not judge this TA by the Executive Summary...I liked that thing, too. The real TA tells a much different story...ELITT will be dead as will the flexibility of 75% of the list and most of the premium flying. It is a major score by the company and all for 3 paltry 2% raises and a little extra 401K matching. It will be a pay cut for anyone who averages over 100 trips per month even after the raises...vote no and we can still fix it. Vote yes and you'll probably be stuck with this for the next 10 years.

All their retirements are STILL all better than SWA's...SWA has the worst retirement plan in the majors including JetBlue who has a 10% guaranteed company contribution to their retirement.

You won't feel great if you have a reserve line and get JA'd on a holiday. Right now reserves are protected from JA.
