Don't hire Republic pilots
Republics EXCO and pilots are happy to undermine our profession for a job that pays $27,000 per year. They want to build flight time and will try to move on to a real airline.
Our profession needs to condemn the actions of IBT747 pilots.

Hey, those of us at Horizon are IBT747. We have fought hard and continue to fight for high standards. On the captain side we have an hourly rate per seat in our jets higher than Southwest (though the FO side leaves much to be desired). Please don't go after a local.
Also, I have a sneaky suspicion many of the Republic pilots don't want what is happening. Do you expect them to leave out of moral standing when there are no other pilot jobs to be had? It is very easy to profess they should all quit when you continue to have a job to feed your family, but they then would lose that ability.
I don't want to see the outsourcing anymore than you. It means I will likely spend my career at a regional : (. But this is a career wide blame. Many pilot groups have dropped the ball on this one.

RAH= We are going to integrate all of you
YX= Why hasn't the RAH MEC shown us any support?
RAH= We are all meeting, it takes time to integrate 5 lists
YX= We are all getting furloughed on November 3rd
Resident GoJet pilot= RAH is a cancer
RAH= Shut up you work for GoJet
Everyone= Shut up you work for GoJet
Resident GoJet= The industry is in a downward spiral and I was furloughed so I had to take a job with GoJet, if I didn't someone else would
Everyone= Shut up you chose to go to GoJet, no one put a gun to your head
YX= RAH is flying our routes for 1/2 the pay!!!!
RAH= We don't have E-190 rates yet, grow up and stop being immature
YX= Look out F9 your next
