Aer Lingus pilots are probably too worried about the company leaving Dublin to worry about what's going on over here.

Ah ok, now I see why. Is this going to replace a UA flight or flights? Has anyone seen a payscale?

dudes...have you been living under a rock? this is the "innovative" codeshare UA and Aer Lingus are using to fly UAL routes on Aer Lingus airplanes using pilots from NEITHER airline. PEOPLE NEED TO WAKE UP!!! This is outsourcing at its largest. Don't worry about payscales. If this goes through and other airlines follow suit, every airline pilot in this country will feel the effects.

Is there anyone out there that can share first hand reliable, (and not hear say, or from the butcher next door) information as it relates to the pay, benefits, terms and conditions of the contract for this new venture?
