I can't recall about the RJ-70, but the pension termination occurred under Bathurst's regime, as I remember. Or am I incorrect?

You are correct. My mistake. Whiteford gave everything to save the pension..PBS, 70 seat rj's, 29% paycut, LCO work rules, more out of pocket insurance...but it was during Bathurst's regime that the pension termination occured.

Yo pokey,

All UAL MEC's are on the board it's a left over from the ESOP when the pilot group owned a majority share of UAL stock. That policy continues until 2017. After 2017 the MEC is no longer required a seat on the board.

That was some very good investigative work on your part though. Have you ever though of investigating Chemtrails or possibly looking into Bigfoot sightings?

To answer an earlier question the UAL pilot group is not generally favorable to the new MEC.

We're losing too many airline pilots to small plane crashes, folks. As soon as I got my first jet job, I vowed never to fly small aircraft again. God Bless these two aviators.
