How bout a trip is worth what it is worth!!! Shouldn't matter if you hold a line or on reserve..

How about we split the difference of what we make now and C2K.

Pay and credit for GS on reserve.

Expand on that one. I am junior and I think a DC catchup in line with the government catchup option should be looked at for our older pilots. Everyone would get it some day.

Are you sure everyone would get it someday? I was promised that in regards to my pension.

Understood.

See where I'm going with this above? Copy and write in what you want with your name beside it. You might have to pull out your contract to figure out where things go, but hey we'll have some very educated folks when this is done...

There is absolutely NO WAY he can be sure of that, and this is a point on which I disagree with him. We simply need to divide our money on a rolling basis, as if tomorrw doesn't exist. Because we certainly have leraned that, when it comes to pensions, "tomorrow" is a pipe dream. That's why I support ONE DC rate. People with higher prayrates, of course, will get proportionally more, but that only makes sense. A Captain should make about 140% more in DC than the F/O he works with.

I look at the avatar, and I see you posting these spreadsheet, and I have to refrain from saying "Good Boy!", or "Who's a good boy? You are. Yes you are a good boy!".

So... I'll just say "+1".
