If you're an RJ captian making said income, good schedule/QOL, and are satisfied with that situation, more power to ya. If you're an RJ captiain with all that but want the potential of doubling your income over the course of your career and are willing to take a temporary step back in scheduling and pay in the short term, that is also great. To each his own.

I guess Im confused, is there a job fair open to the public? I am in the middle of filling out an app for an FO position. How does this work with references, someone told me with out internal recommendations, don't even attempt to apply.

So whats the deal with getting in with this clique? It seems like an elite group of people are being selected.... Is this strictly networking at its best?? I browsed their mins, it doesn't seem to list anything about turbine PIC.
