Ya, same here. I've applied twice in about six months and still nothing.

Try having 3000 hours in the B737 and still nothing. Haven't flown the 73 in over a year, but I flew a 172 yesterday! Reinstated my CFI after 13 years..... yippee.

I've stopped trying to figure out what these HR people are looking for!!

Incorrect. The pay rates are accurate and I repeat we get NO benefits worth anything.
