I imagine if they do plan on hirring more, or hirring next year, the first indication we will likely get will be on the Fall system Bid/AE. This wave was close on the heels of the Spring bid, and prior to the bid awards. Projections/Prognostications for the Bid comming out are September-October time frame (more likely early september is the rumblings I've heard, but I don't keep my ear to the ground as much as some others.) If that one yields nothing, there's likely a winter bid that will provide another chance.
I think the economy has a lot to do with it. Either way. |
Hello Everyone
I am expecting the cleared to train letter to hopefully come in the next few days. Once you get the letter is there a number to call for a class date or is the letter just a formal you are good to go, keep waiting. the reason I am asking is because I am going to be gone for 10 days, and if I need to respond to the letter I am going to have my neighbor pick up the mail. thanks D |
The cleared to train letter requires no response from you. What does require a response is the call for a class date which requires your acceptance.

5 weeks! Wow. I was hoping to hear something this week but I guess I shouldn't hold out much hope. How long after the CTT do you typically get a phone call? Do you find out your domicile and equipment at that time too or is that not determined until class? Thanks so much.

My friend got the CTT call last week, and is still waiting for a class date. Seems they are emailing the available aircraft/domicile assignments before class so people have time to weigh options. You won't find out what aircraft/domicile you receive until the first day of class. |
What are the assignments for August 16th class? Also how many FBP vs. new hires?
