I am against raising the retirement age.

That said, your proposal goes against the intent/benefit of raising the age, which is a short-term solution for staffing issues.

Similar to being a FE beyond 60 back in the day, anyone over 65 should be displaced to the right seat.

BTW, I think they should’ve done that with age 65.
