SWA pilots, UPS pilots, FDX pilots, and all pilots of our direct competitors in our Atlantic JV.

Other than that, nobody.

Herk,

A lot of what you say is good stuff, but the idea that Delta went bankrupt because the pilots had a "burn the house down" attitude is incorrect. Our former management dithered while the place fell apart, sold fuel hedging contracts in order to show cash on hand at the end of the year, and flew long haul jets domestically. Our revenues were well below industry average at the time. This is why Delta went bankrupt. Blaming the pilots for management inadequacies doesn't fly.

DPA will certainly be immune from lawsuits AND JUDGMENTS for intentionally misrepresenting pilots of one group they represent, in order to gain favor of a pilot group they don't represent.

Without the glaring conflict of interest that is ALPA, DPA will have far fewer lawsuits than ALPA.

Based on the two day MEC recall meeting...which is just the latest example. If you couldn't see that, your Pom Poms were probably blocking your view.

Do SWA pilots make more? On a guarantee basis with DC included? Or are you just using the guys that fly their butts off as an example?

UPS pilots may make more. But there are currently pilots on furlough because there is no limit on how much management pilots can fly. So guess who's picking up the slack with guys on the street? Nice to see you promote unity though.

FedEx guys have blended rates. Borderline LGBP. Is that what you want?

What's the exchange rate right now? How about taxes? Are you certain AF/KLM pilots make more? And how's the health of the company? I believe they're laying off 5000 employees? Parking WBs?

I'll take a healthy employer instead.

Nice spin Carl. I'll say it again. DPA will NOT be immune from lawsuits.

The reality of the entire TWA lawsuit is that the TWA MEC is the one who is responsible. Not ALPA National. But you already know that. You just won't admit it.

Typical Carl. You can't provide proof, so you deflect and throw out insults. That speaks for itself. In absolutely NO way whatsoever have you proved ALPA National was involved in the recall of KR.

I'm sure that in the history of ALL independent unions, that there has NEVER been a recall. We all know stuff like that would NEVER happen with DPA.
