Just a "heads up" for any UCAL management types who, on the off chance, might be reading this forum? Check out the pay scales for SWA and then check out CAL/UAL Pay Scales. Now go over to ATW and take a look at PCASM at both.
For anything near parity we are looking at 60%+ pay raise for the UCAL pilot group. According to what I've been hearing on the line...anything less will be concessionary and it's just not going to pass a membership ratification vote.
For instance a 15 year UCAL 767ER Intl pilot makes less per hour than a 5 year DOM 737 pilot at SWA?
(Just wanted to keep it fair for others)
