Any input/suggestions for a corporate pilot trying to get an interview with Spirit. I have 4000+ jet time (mostly learjet/glass cockpit) and bout 10,000tt, but no college degree. Even possible?

You shouldn't have any trouble. If their hiring is slow everyone that isn't specially connected will have to wait, but once they open up to the masses I'd be surprised if you didn't get an interview.

Would like a real schedule, the chance to share the cockpit with different people (not the same 1 or 2 all the time), tired of being on call 24/7, tired of sitting at airports all day long. Don't get me wrong, corporate aviation has been rewarding to me, but I would like the chance to fly larger aircraft. No ego there.

At present it may be tough to get an interview due to the large number of internal recs on file. However, IF we follow through on our hiring plans that list will be gone sometime soon.
Good luck!

Go ahead and put our contract, pay rates and schedules up against any legacy out there and I think our "marginal" airline might just surprise you.
I live in base, always have 15+ days off and am content here.
