SWA Mix Up Leaves 9 Year Old Stranded
Overhead Bin - Southwest mix-up leaves 9-year-old stranded for five hours

I love the part at the end where she says she's going to drive the 17 hours back to Nashville. Not smart enough to figure out that it's possible to fly LGA-BNA without stopping twice (or at all). If you're stupid enough to send your kid on a two-stop itinerary, you deserve a kick in the ass.
