Does that mean I don't want them to move on back so I can gain a little seniority? Nope.

My opinion is that Eagle is a decent place to work if you value things other than rapid turbine PIC accumulation. I have passed on other opportunities and continue to do so because Eagle allows me some QOL that I wouldn't get elsewhere. Maybe I'm just severely dain bramaged, but having worked for a number of airlines I do think I have a clue.
Bottom line is that each person needs to view any given position from the perspective of how it works for them.

After 10 years: $90k, in a hotel room only 2 nights a week, have fun with the wife and kids, excellent equipment, safety is always number 1, ALPA represented, great travel capability.
What's so crappy about that? Eagle is a good place to be for a lot of folks.
I have absolutely no need to drive a boeing or airbus (although it would be nice). I have no desire to fly to Shanghai. My butt gets tired after 2 hour flights anyway.

I don't know about Swaayze, but rlkrutenat is brain damaged. Trust me, I used to throw gear for him.
IMHO, having been to 4 airlines, Eagle is a great place to work. It does not offer a fast upgrade, never really has. 2 years or so at the fastest (after merging lists). No matter how hard someone tries, not everyone will make it to the majors. There are definately worse places to be "stuck" at for your career.
Rich, it is easier on those long flights when you see Maui on the horizon.
