For all those I have insulted..
or otherwise left with the impression that I am angry, I apologize. I received a call from an APCer that I really respect and he told me that I come across that way.. It is not my intention, I guess debate in the print world doesn't come across well.

Hope you're not leaving, tsquare. Although I disagree with a lot of your posts these days, it's good that we're having the debate. A little contrition on all our parts (myself included) goes a long way - I don't think any of us have a monopoly on the truth, and it's good to hear all points of view, so long as we're civil to each other.
