When did I EVER state definitively, or state without condition? I've done no such thing. I've said just the opposite. I've said it's unknowable unless you're a member of the ELT, and even they know it could change day by day.

The only thing I'm asking of you is to stop lying. It's unbecoming. You can try to rail against me for things I've never said, but it doesn't absolve you of lying. Only an apology can do that. But I guess being an MEC bureaucraft means never having to say you're sorry.

Do your own homework. You will learn more. It's all right there and very clear once you read it. I am not going to debate this again. Besides, my mom is having surgery in the morning and I do not have time to do this now...
