Yeah, be honest but come on guys. Tickets from photo enforcement. "Hey my wife (or kid) was driving the car that day, it wasn't me!"

True story, I lent an old car of mine to my sons best friend for an afternoon and got one of these tickets in the mail. It's not a moving violation, it's more of a 100 dollar parking ticket..... He did pay for it....

The FL Drivers check "generally" goes back five years. I put the one ticket I got in 1994 down just to be safe. They laughed and that is the response I preferred over them asking me about it when it showed up and I omitted it.

Sick time usage is important and you better be honest, so know it precisely when asked to answer and fill out the release request on interview day.

Very true. Two things that will get you on the short list for termination from Delta are stealing and lying/dishonesty. Even if the scenario is not flattering and is embarrassing as all get out, being honest and straight forward about it will go a long way.

If you are having to think about whether or not to put something down on the app, chances are that is a sign you should put it on there.

Good luck to all who apply!
