Ok you want to improve the product offered on U.S carriers ?
Take a look at what Condor offers in regards to service .
DAL has Premium Econ . so why not offer something extra to go with it since the pax is paying extra anyway .
For the life of me I don't understand why U.S .carriers have forgotten what service is really all about.

Many of you always bash US carriers yet think all foreign carriers are fantabulous all the time. Just needed a little reality check and thought my experience could shed a little light on it.
