Payrates aren't the only metric worth mentioning. As I understand it from my SWA buds, the work rules and premium pay is where they get the real money.
So, we don't have "Industry Leading" pay rates nor work rules. BTW, who thought up that selling point, the same guy who coined the phrase "Super Premium Widebody Flying"?

SWA has a little of a B-Scale in F/O wages. Their percentages of Captain pay are lower than Delta in the first few years and then in the end they are higher. I only showed the 12 year rate so that is not the whole picture.

Why ignore FedEx and UPS? They may fly cargo, but they're definitely doing the same job in the same equipment for the same (or higher) caliber of company.
