Here is a graph that shows how our end state pay rates stack up against our competitors. I have included all the hub and spoke carriers (AMR, LCC, UAL, CAL) and SWA.
I just took screen shots because it is a long graph, had to do two takes. The LCC 767 CA is shown twice because of the two takes.

Hmmm. See a few flaws. Seriouslly. What is the source of your information?
Interesting that you'd use end state pay of this TA vs. these carriers current pay. It is the only way you can make this graph look like this.
You know what they say about figures and lies and so on and so on.
Personally I am holding out for Janet benefits. Home every night, weekends and holidays off, nice Government pension/medical (where is ours? ALPA miss place that thing again?) passengers that don't bit*h, no overnight bags, no hardcore desperate sales jobs.

I checked. I thought DAL 767 was behind SWA 737 in 2015, I was wrong. They edge them out slightly by year 3, 2015.
In reality, SWA will still be definitively ahead with their increases anyway.
Next time guys. Next time.
Too be honest, I am more worried about the lack of protections on the NRT/Haneda side and the lack of downside protections in section 1. That's all.
Will vote accordingly.

Just to point out. DAL 737 FO still below SWA 737 FO 3 years from now.

That was where my confusion came from.
Regardless a 767-300 carries 261.
a 7ER carries 210, 214 if a G
757 carries 184.
A Southwest 737-700 carries 137
I'll stop here. Ive got things to do. You all get the point.

Yup, I disagree with the "industry leading payrates" statement as well. Our 737 FOs trail SWA FOs considerably.

So, we don't have "Industry Leading" pay rates nor work rules. BTW, who thought up that selling point, the same guy who coined the phrase "Super Premium Widebody Flying"?
