Spoke to a friend today. The consensus apears to be that there will be no more hiring this year. Every one is on edge about the AA bk, presidential vote, europian economy ect. They're waiting for some things to play out before they pull the trigger... Hang tight.

How does your friend know so much?

He/She works in the office and didn't tell me anything. Total speculation. I make things up and lie alot too. But I'd like to caviat that with one should never ruin a good story with the truth.

The press releases are being drafted as we speak. Jetblue just ordered 25 A330's to start delivery in mid 2014. A330 training to ramp up mid 2013. new hiring projection for the future is 500+/yr until 2020. 20-50 should be going to class in july. and 20/month till the end of the year. Enjoy.
