How so? Is it wrong to hope things work out while preparing to fix them in the meantime? I agree with his sentiment. There's nothing wrong with hoping things get better but continuing with an organizing effort. Would you prefer that things get worse while organizing?

No deep breath required Brother. I'm completely calm. Just amazed by how naive some people are.

You *******, I am not naive. I am just amazed at how pompous and aggressive you are.

Well...got the call for class today. 5 Dec. I ended up taking a USAF assignment in March though...so I had to turn it down. It was a bummer declining it, but I had to make the tough call earlier this year.

Good luck to those of you that get the class call/job offer!

Smart decision. When the legacies begin hiring you will have better options.

Good luck and thanks for the interview guage. My guess is you'll look back x years from now and be glad you stayed in.

What # were you.

Yeah, pretty weak. Got raises and an additional 3% match to the 401k without a paying ALPA dues. Now before benzo and Blue get all over my stank, remind me what other major/national/LLC is hiring? And before you all freak out about health care, call a furloughed Comair FO and ask how much his COBRA is?

benzoate 11-16-2012 01:46 PM

Hey moron you got a 3% raise but your insurance tripled. The increase in premiums alone negated the raise.

Comair isn't even in the conversation because they are an SLP that went bankrupt and out of business. Your logic doesn't even compare apples to apples.

JetBlue is making record profits.

If I didn't know the your level of ignorance I'd suspect flame bait.

Cost neutral due in large to the idiots comments from the above poster.
