Looks like the Delta pay-rate page on the main APC site needs an update!

For those of us that don't work at Delta (and some of us that might want to in the future), could someone post the highlights of this new contract? It's been posted before but it's buried now.

So a 4% bonus on the current rate for the remainder of the year, and a 12.84% raise as of the amendable date isn't much?

All of it without lingering in mediation for a year or two.

Under normal circumstances, that wouldn't be too bad. Digging out of a 42% hole with inflation marching on... not so much.

Did you get it in writing that you'd get your money back? Or did they just promise to give it back?

Neither. Both of those things would have required competent representation to possibly make happen. My objective is...err, was... to get it back. What's yours?

And for the record, I consider the war to be basically over. The only thing I see possibly changing that is IF DPA comes up for a vote and is somehow able to win. Short of that, I plan on just enjoying what's left of my career, accepting that the reasonable expectations I had going in are now off the table, and spending a lot less time thinking about or discussing this crap.

Good luck in your quest for mediocrity. And thanks for dragging me along.
