There are times when things get out of whack. This is one of those times. No one wanted to compromise, and we are where we are. Was the fight worth it? We will see soon enough. If the merger goes through, those pay rates are out the window and the seniority battle will be out the window too. I doubt you'll be able to make much of a comparison then. But hey....enjoy your 6 year A320 position. One day someone else may be looking down at you saying....why'd you give up that scope? You're still an A320 F/O?

Speaking of giving up scope, how about the massive amount of jumbo RJs that the agreement with AA allows? I guess you missed that bullet point.

I didn't miss it. It's just not as bad as what you just gave up, and in fact....hasn't been given up yet. Negotiations are ongoing since you just signed that peach of an agreement.

Not as bad as what you (DL) "gave" up? I saw what AA/US scope sale, it is jaw dropping.
Delta's agreement isn't the worlds best but you have some B@lls judging DL when your rates are in to absolute toilet.

Good luck with your fantasy. 7 Widebody capt vacancies, 19 Narrowbody capt vacancies, and 26 E190 capt vacancies on the November bid along with 50 new hires. 200 to 300 new hires on the East over the next year in addition to the 200 that have been hired since the merger. 200 + new hires per year after that to cover the attrition. Doesn't look like you'll be pinning anyone to the bottom. Your time for vengeance is passing you by. I don't think you'll be getting repaid anything.

Payrates can change......Scope is hard to recapture.
