I hope they look at resumes instead of strictly allowing the computer to screen out applications. I've added a few shiny nuggets to my resume since applying in the last two windows.

Does anyone know how long its taking applicants to get an interview call after they have initially applied? I've heard 1 to 1.5 years after applying 3 times but am curious to see if anyone has gotten a call for an interview from the feb window or the one before.

I hear ya, but it sure is frustrating. For example the "view the directions" link I had awhile back said something along the lines of this is a review slot and someone would be looking at my records. Did this ever happen or not? I didn't get a no thanks email, but I never got a call. Now I have the "keep warm"...what the heck does that mean? I just wish they'd either do a "thanks for playing" or phone call or nothing. All this other stuff is really getting old...

Have the "keep warm" on my application as well. I'm really interested to know if this means anything at all...

Not sure, just what I was told. There is language in the MOU for each airline hiring the others furloughed pilots. Not familiar at all with the Eagle/AA situation.
