Planning shows up day 2 of training and tells you the way it is. CLT is not difficult to get if you don't get it in class. You may have to spend a few months in DCA or PHL first. Sept hires are holding long call in CLT on the bus.

CLT and DCA appear in classes regularly, but not as often as PHL. PHX has only been recently, and I'm not sure how many more classes will have PHX slots in them. Since East and West don't mingle, though, any vacancies in the west have to be filled by new hires.

I don't know, but for what it's worth, when they opened a new window in Oct they emailed me to tell me to reapply. I would assume if you have an app in they will do that when the current window closes.
