Default American & Alaska Jumpseats?

It's been years since I've asked to ride the jumpseat at either American or Alaska and the last time I did I listed at the gate. Could someone PM me (or post here) what the current listing process is for an offline jumpseater at Alaska and American? If there is a website or phone number, could you please send me the gouge?

Many thanks!

I've always just shown up at the gate for Alaska. At some places where they use contact agents it can be a pain to get in the system so make sure you have time to wait. AA you need to pre-list.

Just show up at the gate. Try to be there at least 30 minutes ahead of departure as some CSA's strictly enforce a cutoff rule of 30 minutes.

I logged onto id90.com and American isn't listed as an airline to search, and they don't show up in the city pair search results. I know we have reciprocal agreements.

Any helps or hints to get listed at American?

No phone number to call for Alaska. Just show up. If you are trying to jump on a flight that is a commuter flight or a full flight; try to get there an hour prior to push. It's first come first serve for all offline pilots. If not and the flight has seats, no later than 30 minutes prior. Seems we board very early nowadays.
If it were me, I'd try to be there 1 hour prior !

Cheers !

Why do a PM? Can't you provide the info to everyone?

Sure, whenever I jumpseat with AA, I use 1-888-933-5922 and follow the prompts, I think it was option #4. Best of luck.
