LCY London City ILS Rwy 27. Fly over Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Tower Bridge, intercept the glideslope 5.5 degrees down to a 4900ft runway.
Fun unless you get one of those London windy, rainy day.

Narsarsuaq Airport - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
This one is hard to top, warnings about icebergs on the approach chart. It's the old Bluie West One for those Ernest Gann fans. It's a fun approach if the wx is good, not so much in the clouds.
