Not exactly true. Dozens of lithium batteries fly on every passenger flight in passenger's computers, phones, tablets, etc., and even spare batteries with some restrictions.

Said it before, say it again: Nothing out of the Boeing shop will ever beat the performance, utility, or versatility of the 757. Upgrade the fleet and fly 'em another 20 yrs!
