That is interesting. Can you speak more as to what the PHC looks at and how people can be removed from consideration in phase 2? Is there anything a phase 2 candidate can do to improve his or her odds?

With all the openings on the last system bid on both the A320 and the E190, can we afford to stop classes in the summer? Might make for a huge backlog in the later months if they want everything done by September.

I know swimming for a year in a pool would put me out of contention.

Let's hope they wouldn't stop classes for summer, especially for all those who are still waiting on a call for a training date and those that have an interview on April 9th. Congrats to those guys, good luck!

If that's the case, then those April/May classes are going to be in the 20+ person range in order to hit the August 31st target for training.

The Phase II list posted in Ops. currently has 77 names on it. The last candidate on the list had his interview on Feb. 5th in the late afternoon.
From what I've been told, there are more Phase II candidates that have not been added to the list yet....Historically, @ 73% that get the interview move on to phase II and eventually get the job.
