Jetblue movement...
Just curious if any guys with 1-5 years of seniority at JB are committed to leaving for a legacy?

But I think you have to consider all options. The airline game has changed I just hope the guys at lsc are ready to pay up. |

I believe hundreds will leave soon. Hiring has only just started and already guys are bailing. Many see JB as a stepping stone. Trent. |
Lots of growth coming soon I hear.

History has the answer to that. During the last hiring wave, JetBlue lost over 150 Pilots which represented 10% of the Pilot group at that time. This just doesnt happen at other Majors!

We can't drop that many guys and still take all these new planes. I think they know that and that is why I am sure we will see a raise. People will leave anyway but they can't afford hundreds of guys leaving. Other than getting a union, that many leaving would def put pressure on mgt to fix things. |

Supplemental bid is coming out since lots of AA/DL guys are taking recall lately, but as far as changes to the growth plan I haven't heard many rumors The company has stated many times that they want us to remain 20% cheaper than the industry average. So we will never be on the same level as AA/DL/UA/WN/etc in terms if pay/benefits. That explains why there is movement here |

If we start talking hundreds the whole airline would crash.

Heard that 30 guys have a return date for Delta in October , for us to loose 30 captains in 1 month will cause quite the chaos .....RSA galore !
