The original qualifications said a type was required but on pilot credentials it says it's not required for interview. What am I missing?

workingforfree 09-26-2013 12:53 PM

It's not saying that at all. It says the type can only have that one restriction listed.

After talking with a friend who has a much better grasp on the FARs than me, I went and read 61.51 for myself. Please disregard my previous post on hours logging, it was absolutely wrong. My apologies if anybody use that as an example for their resume.

Training is located at SWA headquarters in Dallas. The company provides transportation to and from as well as the hotel. Pay is at first year rates ($50.17/trip) and 90 trips per month (I believe).

Thanks for the reply!

So what's the new revelation? PM me if needed, don't want to hijack the thread. I have similar flying background.

Does anyone know if they want a cover letter uploaded with the resume?

CaptYoda 09-27-2013 12:52 PM

I don't think it's required. I didn't do one, although in the upload section there is a provision to upload other documents.

Am I correct after reading several other posts that it will be an email for an invite to an interview, and then a phone call for a class date should you win the day?
