I can't speak for the numbers as to interview to hire ratio. Maybe they want to start a pool for 2014 classes, who knows...I don't think SWA has had ratio "as bad as" 1:3 in the past, I've always assumed them to be closer to the 1:2 or better. Just my $.02

Curious about why they are not allowed to have pools in that case.
Yeah, it't not the best odds to best against or with. I think it's going to be 50% in our group of 6 people. I am hoping for a tad more.... lol but hey I get it! |
That being said, anyone have any input about references being called? 3 of 6 have had them called as of Tuesday (interview was late last week) ....

Does anyone know what special qualifications are triggering the interview calls? ie. B737 Type, Military pilot, Check Airman etc, recent currency etc?
