It has been a few years so this may be outdated but here are a few I know of:
DFW Days Inn, Grapevine Irving: (972) 621-8277. Included was breakfast (eggs, bacon/sausage, etc)...if I remember was about $45 out the door.
DFW Baymont: (817) 329-9300. Can't remember price or details but I had it saved in my phone so I know I used at one point or another.

Motel 6 by the airport - $31.05 out the door and great wifi. The rooms at the south end (room 333 for example) have the best water pressure. I am aware how sad it is that I know that :-( ...spent quite a bit of time there.

Red Roof (972) 929-0020, $40-45
Rates on both of the above are unverified (crew lounge gouge), and I have never stayed in either. Both are, at least, next to Denny's.
Sleep Inn (972) 929-8888, $45.85 (unverified, only food within walking distance is a gas station/Whataburger)
My personal hangout (during six days on reserve): Extended Stay America (972) 929-3333. I pay $40.25 out the door, but I have a "brother-in-law" deal, so I don't know what you can get...call and ask. Same food as above, but you have a kitchenette if you want to pack food and cook.
