In the hiring process, when do new hires actually get to see the actual paperwork and what/when do you physically sign.

Management negotiates with the acquiring carrier what happens to your career. Beyond that, nobody knows what would happen.

Other airlines have a collective bargaining agreement that details these sort of things, and the union has a legal team to defend it, in addition to a pilot elected committee that will negotiate what happens to the pilot group.

According to the pea 50% of pilots have SLI rights, 50% do not.

Can you site the page and paragraph please. Not sure how I or the PVC missed that gem.

Thanks

Section 15 (J) (ii)

The PVC has discussed extensively.

This was also brought up at several "road show" since 2010. Management claimed the would change the verbiage but ultimately choose not to.

Much like requiring a full operational merger, (15) (b). JetBlue claims there are tremendous challenges, negative customer perceptions and costs associated with PROTECTING YOUR JOB.

The pea is worthless anyway. In the real world, mc-bond might actually say otherwise, or the acquiring company will most likely NEED 1300 trained and qualified, young, and active pilots anyway. Benzoate=hyperbole most of the time.

I would bet money non of us get furloughed. As for integration, we don't really deserve it anyway. We have a fraction of the longevity of our peers, work for far less pay and benefits, fly little tiny airplanes, and just generally bring down our peers wages (for the last 14 yrs). What makes you such an arrogant prick that you think you should just ratio into DL or AA with 1/3 the longevity and such ridiculous career expectations here at JB....
