You shouldn't need a car, but it will make you very popular.
Most of the hotels have gym. But if your really motivated there's a planet fitness a mile or so north from the hotels up semoran blvd. if you get BOS. Base you can use your membership at the one up there off the blue line... I think the oriental stop if memory serves.
I'll caviat this with, $#|¥ may have changed some since I went through��.
Pretty sure they aren't using then lodge yet.
